San Diego Yoga Teacher Heather Pugh’s Yoga Class Schedule
Heather is currently teaching a variety of in-person yoga classes in North County San Diego, California. You can practice with her weekly at Surf Salutations in Oceanside and Ananda Sky Yoga in Fallbrook.
Her yoga experiences range from invigorating Vinyasa flow yoga to restorative Tantra yoga, Yin Yoga, pre- and post-natal yoga, guided visualization meditation, breathwork practices and more.
Heather’s classes are creative and unique and will empower you to feel your best on and off your yoga mat. She shares the tools she has found to be the most profound on her own healing journey.

Look forward to a restorative yoga class each Thursday at 7 p.m. that encourages you to deeply relax using the support of props, your breath and Heather’s guidance. This class is deeply healing physically, mentally and spiritually.
Start your Sunday with Heather at 10:30 a.m. with an invigorating, all-levels Vinyasa flow where you will be challenged to move with your breath as you build to more challenging postures, including standing strength and balance, inversions and backbends. This class is always accessible to you regardless of where you are in your yoga journey.

Practice Yoga Safely Throughout Your Pregnancy and Get a Deep Stretch at Surf Salutations in Oceanside
Join Heather for two yoga classes each Sunday at the Surf Salutations yoga studio and beachy boutique in beautiful Oceanside, California.
Pregnancy is one of the most magical times in a woman’s life. I know, I am currently in my third pregnancy and have utilized yoga as an essential tool to support me through each of them! I completed my prenatal yoga training while pregnant with my first son on 2022 and am so grateful I did. Not only did it help me to feel better throughout my pregnancy transformation, but I believe it helped with my labor and delivery and postpartum recovery. Since then, I’ve been able to confidently support women on their own path to motherhood and would love to have you join our village!
Join Heather at Surf Salutations each Sunday at 3:30-4:15 p.m. for your Hatha prenatal yoga class. This class is accessible to complete beginners and also offers a well-rounded practice to experienced yogis.
Heather also offers Yin yoga on Sundays from 4:30-5:30 p.m. at Surf Salutations. Yin yoga works deeply into your body through longer held postures - honoring your individual anatomy. This style of yoga targets your deep connective tissues, your fascia, ligaments, tendons, and joints. Because poses are held longer in this format, you have the opportunity to turn inward in a more meditative practice and learn how to breathe through any discomfort.
